LG Final Four – The Ultimate VIP Treatment

THE CHALLENGE
As an Official Corporate Partner of the NCAA, LG Electronics annually hosted their top executives and customers during one of the marquee events in sports: the NCAA Final Four. For six years, the Advantage Event Studio was tasked with putting together a flawless four-day corporate hospitality program that consistently improved on prior years, presented a fresh, unique experience for returning guests, and integrated LG’s family of products.

THE IDEA
The LG Final Four program stood out in comparison to other corporate hospitality events, by featuring one-of-a-kind experiences and showing native offerings of each year’s host city. Whether well-known or off-the-beaten-path, there was no shortage of unique activities for LG’s guests to enjoy. Brunch on a steamboat and a parade through the streets of New Orleans; helicopter tours of Atlanta; fireworks and a rodeo in Dallas; an Arabian horse show and a classic car museum in Arizona; and the integration of celebrity chefs and legendary college basketball announcers. Each year and each new city provided new ways to wow the crowd. Aside from wining and dining the crowd, Final Four weekend was the perfect opportunity for LG to showcase their NCAA sponsorship to their major customers, and to seamlessly integrate the latest LG products into the action.
The Advantage Event Studio team continuously worked with our clients to maintain year-over-year high standards of service and manage all event details including: guest-list management, RSVP site management, guest communications, dinner and activity planning, hotel sourcing and room block management, venue sourcing, F+B planning, talent procurement, and on-site execution – every detail, big or small, was handled by the team.

Over 1,000 total guests were hosted by LG over the years, with Advantage providing each and every attendee with white-glove travel planning, dedicated concierge services, VIP amenities, and an array of exciting activities. Overall, Final Four weekend enabled LG to celebrate their brand and strengthen their customer relationships.
